Playa Esperanza

Playa Esperanza is one of Tulum's secret gems located just south of the famous Tulum Ruins. It is situated in front of the best swimming area and kiteboarding spot in Tulum. The Extreme Control Kiteboarding School is located on the property where you can enjoy watching all the kites flying to the beautiful backdrop of turquoise waters and clear blue skies. Enjoy the beauty of Tulum's natural environment from your typical Mayan cabana where you can hear the natural sounds of the coastal jungle and lapping of the ocean. Playa Esperanza has recently been remodeled to provide cabanas for every kind of traveler. The cabanas are made with local materials and really show off the Maya style that is becoming so famous for vacation goers. You can choose between 9 amazing cabanas from economical rustic style with shared bathrooms to luxurious cabanas with private bathrooms. Almost all rooms are beachfront, the nearest is 10m (Josefa) away and the farest room (Pirate) is 20m away.

The best part you are on the same property as the Extreme Control Kiteboarding School where you can take lessons are just ride right in front of your cabaña.

Oceanfront Elo Suite

Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the awesome view just in front of you on your balcony. This spacious room is decorated in Victorian style and has place for an sofa bed.
