The Yucatan is a special place because it boasts one of the best places in the world to go cave and cavern diving in what the locals call "cenotes" (say-no-tays). The freshwater underground waterways and open pools are some of the most stunning scenery with crystal blue water pierced with sun rays all with a jungle backdrop. There are few words to describe these unique formations that the Mayans have considered sacred places to receive freshwater. There are a plethora of cenotes and each one has its unique characteristics. There are amazing snorkeling and diving tours to experience this amazing adventure under the earth!  This popular sport is spreading across the world as more and more people are getting out cruising and surfing with their SUPs! The sport started as a way for surfing instructors to manage groups and by standing on their longboards they had better visibility of the incoming swells. Now we can use their innovation to have a new perspective in touring the coast here in Tulum.
 Located in Tulum, Mexico, we are able to offer a special treat for divers of all skill levels. Apart from its beautiful beaches and Mayan ruins, Tulum is also a world-renowned location for cave and cavern diving. One of the world's largest cave systems runs underneath the limestone shelf that Tulum and the surrounding jungle sit upon. Our team of professionally trained divers will show you this amazing underground river system.
