There are many different accommodations on the beach that vary from rustic to super luxurious, which is evident with the price. However, most places are built in a beach cabana style and all places on the beach generate their own electricity. So, for many of the places the ocean is the pool and the fans and ocean breeze are the air-conditioning. Many of the cabanas have put in extra amenities while preserving the natural bungalow feel of Tulum. These places are for people who want to relax and enjoy the essence of the beach life. If you are interested in sightseeing and trips to town you will want to rent a car as some places are about 8 km from the town and taxi rides can get expensive.

Private ocean view balconies, four post beds made of teak wood, luxury linens, rustic hand painted tile, tropical hardwood beam ceilings create a chic and comfortable ambiance.  Complete kitchens provide plenty of flexibility to decide whether to venture out to one of many delicious beachfront restuarants or stay in and relax in your private suite.  Each room is outfitted with a stovetop, pots pans, coffee press and utensils to make you feel at home.


Master Ocean Front Suite
This unit features 2 king-sized canopy beds, a large sunken family room with futon, dining room table that comfortably seats 6, a full kitchen and large terrace that overlooks the dunes and Caribbean Sea.


Ocean Front Balcony Studio
This unit has a beautiful four post teak double bed with its own private balcony and kitchenette.


Ocean Front Studio
This studio is also equipped with all the amenities of the other rooms without the balcony


Ocean Front Junior Suite
This unit is ideal for shorter stays or those "on the go."  It is equipped with a handmade full-sized Balinese bed, large bath with hand-painted tile and a wall of windows overlooking the dunes and Caribbean; ideal for enjoying our breathtaking sunrises.  This is our only unit without kitchen facilities, and is considered our "best value."
