There are many different accommodations on the beach that vary from rustic to super luxurious, which is evident with the price. However, most places are built in a beach cabana style and all places on the beach generate their own electricity. So, for many of the places the ocean is the pool and the fans and ocean breeze are the air-conditioning. Many of the cabanas have put in extra amenities while preserving the natural bungalow feel of Tulum. These places are for people who want to relax and enjoy the essence of the beach life. If you are interested in sightseeing and trips to town you will want to rent a car as some places are about 8 km from the town and taxi rides can get expensive.

Cabañas Tulum is located on a large stretch of beautiful beach, surrounded by coconut trees, and the turquoise sea. It’s the perfect place to relax and reunite with nature.  Enjoy the beauty of the caribbean at the Extreme Control sport center where you can rent Kayaks or Stand Up Paddleboards and take kiteboarding lessons. They offer eight beach front rooms with breathtaking sea views from the quaint terrace (Cabañas A) as well as second row rooms (Cabañas B) which are only a few steps from the beach and enjoy partial sea views. Each room has a hammock where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of the Mexican Caribe.

Enjoy your complimentary breakfast at El Bistro restaurant set beautifully in front of an endless stretch of beach. Here you can lounge at the beach club Ziggy Beach with a delicious cocktail. The beach club offers sun beds and umbrellas with bar and restaurant service. If you feel like being more active check out our Extreme Control Sport Center. Here you can rent kayaks, boogie boards, paddleboards or book your lesson of Kiteboarding.

We offer eight beach front rooms, with breathtaking sea views from your own cozy terrace.  
Choice of King sized bed or 2 Queen beds and private bathroom, hammock on balcony, ceiling fan. 


  
Cabana B 
Our second bank of eight rooms are in the second row just behind the
Beach front cabanas, a few steps away from the beach. 
All include 2 double beds and private bathroom, hammock on balcony, ceiling fan.

All rooms Includes breakfast, beach lounge and umbrella with beach towels. Children from 0 to 10 stay for free. 10 years and up are $25 usd extra per night.
